I've put up a file that is intended to summarize the
items relevant to the discussion of creating a "snapshot"
of the current model state. It's not complete. I know it's
not quite right.

The question is: What exact data needs to be "saved" such that one
could do

load 1crn.pdb; restore snapshot.jms

or something like that.
