About changes.... What's the proper way to reference the archive file? Should I be pulling this from your site? referencing that site in the archive= parameter?

OK, I see how to do the animation. On the version I have palindrome works.
I'll see if I can't convert that IR page.

Q: I remember setting up these animations. The animated XYZ files have an odd beginning--one or two frames that don't seem to go in the right order. Is this intentional? What's the story on this?

OK, yes, that worked. At least from Javascript.

Are you saying that

<param name="script" value="animation on">

should work?

Yes, for multi-frame xyz or .pdb files this will work.

But, it will only play once.

try

samples/xyz/diels-alder_movie.xyz
samples/pdb/movie.pdb
samples/pdb/movie.pdb

It looks like I broke
  animation mode palindrome

with changes I made within the past few days.
