For the record, when an animation is running with callbacks and the Netscape 7.1
window is closed or reloaded, it is quite possible to get into a state where it
is not possible to open a new Netscape window or tab. It is also possible that
while Netscape APPEARS to be stopped, actually there is a process running that
must be ended (as with CTRL-ALT-DEL and the task manager) prior to Netscape
being usable again. The only solution to this is to use the task manager to kill
the Netscp.exe job and then restart Netscape.
Oh, and Netscape mail will be locked up as well.
