I have added JmolViewer.evalStringQuiet ... which will not output 'Script completed' at the end. It is now used for menus and popup menus. > I mentioned this in a later message, but I was wondering whether it > would be possible to have a method that will animate a list of > AtomSets, stored in an array of AtomSetIndices? You are talking about 'animation', not 'vibration' ... correct? I am having a hard time context switching between them. What is the example of wanting to animate a series of AtomSets that is a subset of the complete AtomSetCollection? > Question: Do you think it makes sense to have the look-and-feel of the > application be determined by the OS. I think that we should use standard swing controls whenever possible. I do not particularly like the current Jmol application UI, but have not worked on it. > That will get us closer to the idea that we may be able to pick a set > of AtomSets and do things with them (animation is the only one that > seems to make sense at this time). I think that the AtomSetChooser should be included in the release.
