Yes.

'vector scale {scale-factor}' will adjust the length of the vector arrows

'vibration scale {scale-factor}' will adjust the amplitude of the vibrations.

To make the vector arrows twice as long and to reduce the amplitude of the
vibrations to one quarter one can say;

  vector scale 2; vibration scale .25
