well, I did it... Let's see how it goes. This is very good
functionality if it works. We simply can't have thousands of format
changes going back and forth. If one of us wants to be the issuer of
the format command, that might work, but this really is what SVN is
all about -- being able to NOT have to think at all about common format.

CTRL_SHIFT_F and it's all done very nicely instantaneously.
Don't do it, sometimes it has perverse effects.
It's better just to use the automatic format when you're typing, not to
reformat an entire file.
I don't know where this is saved, though.
