Now, while we are on this subject, what's the deal with mapping of, say
electrostatic potential onto these surfaces? I think this is what people
really want to do.
Does that involve two separate cube files?
Does it involve computing some value at every point in a surface file?
Miguel, do you suppose the secret to solvent-accessible surfaces is to
express them in terms of isosurfaces?
