Hi, when I tried the no display option to make it really without display it worked from my computer. I just tried again, and it's not working.
I am running it from Eclipse, with the command line "-ionx D:\Temp\script.txt D:\DevTools\Jmol\Jmol-datafiles\cif\1A00.cif" script.txt containts "measure allconnected (*) (*);show measurements" Jmol starts and then does nothing (0% CPU) Nico ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
