Angel,
Is this a case where the image/state could be useful? Upload the model file
and the PNG image containing the state; they will be in the same mediawiki
directory (I suppose), so then loading the IMAGE into Jmol (never loading
the model directly) will load the full state.
The process would look like this:
1) Load a model file into Jmol and get the state you want.
2) Use WRITE xxxx.png to save the image/state
3) Upload both image and model to the wiki
4) Create a tag that loads the PNG file, not the model.
What do you think? Nice thing about it is that you could also use the image
as a "cover sheet" for the applet. "click to see 3D" like Jonathan uses for
webExport.
