I have never used the Chime 'extended' commands, so this is the only
question I can answer definitively ;-).  yes, scale3d should be a script
command of some sort - it sounds like a potentially useful option.  

another nice option is "synch" which directs mouse actions to all
available instances of Chime (Windows only).  this is nice for concurrent
zooming and moving.  I don't recall if it is applicable to script
commands, and I don't find any documentation.  I can look some more unless
someone else jumps in here...
