That is correct. Jmol loads all the MODELs that are in an NMR PDB file. It currently displays all of the models. However, we are planning extensions to make it easier to display one model/frame at a time. My goal is to combine the animation flexibility of multi-frame with the atom expression scripting capabilities when dealing with multiple models. This should be upward compatible with both multi-frame .xyz and nmrpdb ... and give us a lot more capabilities.
