I have successfully implemented several Jmol animations using xyz coordinate files.
It is possible to display each frame with unique atom colors and labels; but if one tries to designate different features for display when the animation is turned on, only the last frame listed in the script parameter is effective. It would be nice to have features unique to each frame displayed as the animation proceeds.
Please consider this a suggestion for future improvement, not an essential requirement.
