I think that this would be much better than the current combination involving a double-click. In general accelerator key combinations on standard apps never use double-clicks in combination with keys. (It's unfortunate that chime uses a control-right mouse combination as the control key is generally used on a one-button mouse instead of the right button - doesn't java map it that way?).

I suppose there might be slight conflict with the use of the control key to bring up the menus (Chime seems to do this just by a mouse press), in which case would alt-drag be an alternative?
