I just fixed that top fragment problem.

This page demonstrates constructing a JavaScript data structure by using the "show file" command and then using that information to do interesting things. Crude, I know. But perhaps it will give others some ideas.
I'm interested if using the "show file" command like this at the end of the loading script works. Mac users? Do you see the contents of the MOL file listed?
Does anyone have a list (JavaScript, XLS, anything) of exact atom masses and percent abundances? Might be fun to expand on this ditty.
