This is not a problem. We encourage you to do so.

That is well within the license agreement.

In section 4 the Lesser Gnu Public License states:

  If distribution of object code is made by offering access to copy
from a designated place, then offering equivalent access to copy the
source code from the same place satisfies the requirement to
distribute the source code, even though third parties are not
compelled to copy the source along with the object code.
----

To fully comply with the license terms (and set a good example) you should
provide a separate link on your web site that allows one to download the
full Jmol source code distribution.

Understood.
People will not be 'compelled' to download the source code, but it should
be available from your site in case someone wants it.
