Jmol prerelease version 10.00.18 is now available for download from sourceforge:

Please assist in testing the functionality of these new features. .cube file isosurfaces ---------------------- Files in the Gaussian .cube format are now supported. atoms are loaded using the normal 'load' command. isosurfaces are created using the new 'isosurface' command. isosurface pos05 0.05 "path/to/myfile.cube" color isosurface translucent isosurface neg05 -0.05 "path/to/myfile.cube" color isosurface translucent isosurface pos02 0.02 mesh nofill "path/to/myfile.cube" isosurface neg02 0.02 mesh nofill "path/to/myfile.cube" Stereo Viewing | Stereo Viewing ---------------|---------------- Jmol now includes an initial implementation of stereo viewing. stereo on|off|degrees for cross-eyed viewing the degrees of rotation need to be negative ... because the right image goes through a negative negative rotation for display. I would appreciate if those of you with stereo viewing experience could comment on the implementaton. I believe that this is a step towards supporting geo-wall and other stereographic systems. minor pmesh enhancements ------------------------ as with isosurface, pmesh now supports the following options dots|nodots, mesh|nomesh, fill|nofill no clearing of screen --------------------- This version does not clear the screen when a new molecular model is loaded. This was implemented in direct response to a request from someone. Please let me know if this caues any problems with existing jmol web applications.
