We need to know more about your system configuration.
I have only launched PovRay on Linux, but I think that others have used it
on Windows.

I do not know povray commands very well ... and it has been a long time
since I worked on that code.
Perhaps someone else knows PovRay well enough to tell the developers how
to do this.

If someone can tell you how to do it then this could easily be added to
the PovRay support in the Jmol application.
