Indeed they are aligned. So u say that e.g. I can make jmol render model 0 as static, and all the others animated?


you can write a script that would step through each MD-generated model, while keeping the reference model visible - as far as I know. can someone with more immediate experience in animating multiple- model files please confirm this? perhaps even share a script snippet? (sorry, I don't have time to test this myself just now...)
