I think Jmol cannot do this; you can see all models superimposed, or you 
can choose one, or you can get an animation with one at a time.

What will solve Tamas' needs will be the ability to show 2 models at the 
same time; that way, maybe a scripted animation could be done (static 
model 1, altenating the others).
