will appear "broken" if you just replace 10.00 jar files with the proposed 10.1 jar files.

Instead, you will need to use:

connect hbonds auto (oxygen) (nitrogen)

The quick question is: *How much of a problem will this be for you?*

Breaking the old command pattern would mean that for example I could not simply update to 10.1 in tutorials I have built for textbooks to date; instead of just replacing the applet and Jmol.js, I would need to revise the script files. This is a debatable 'problem' - I am not sure that the textbook publishers would want to update in the first place, but updating is more attractive to them if it is simpler.

It also adds one more thing to the (short) list of things to convert in going from Chime to Jmol, but it does not seem like it would be hard to implement.

So, it seems like an acceptable trade off to me.
