I think your suggestions (organic, bio, etc.) are good, but each page developer may have his/her own preferences that aren't so easily classified. How about this: Is there any way (for the more ambitious page developers, but not quite programmers...) to configure and "roll their own" version of Jmol? Eclipse is relatively easy to setup. I'd love it if someone could write a script that allowed me to select which features to build in. Just a possible suggestion.
