Hmm. How could that be. Oh, oh. Ah, now I remember.... Alright, we have to do it this way, so let me think about this. The reason it isn't there is that it isn't processed until later. I forgot -- the software that creates those .po files needs the text IN the GT._(....) phrase to work properly. I don't know if it's a literal parsing of the text or how that works. We're going to have to fake it. Because the way the automatic language switching works is only possible because the literals are NOT in GT._(...) in the code.
OK, the good news is that the menus are pretty static. The words are trivially identifyable -- it's just this big array with a bunch of text. Can someone explain to me how the creation of .pot files is done? exactly? And does that system allow for our adding text of our own?
