I'm sorry to say this, but the language switching is broken in 11.1.31 from SF.
When I downloaded zip from Bob's page ("About" says 11.1.31, 2007-04-29,
22:45), it was
OK.
Later, I got binary.zip from SF ("About" says 11.1.31, 2007-05-04, 23:34, and
the
"colorscheme high" was fixed on this, not on the former), and on this, only the
"Language"
submenu itself is localized; the rest of the menu is in English always. Wait,
not all; there is a
mixture of most English and some Spanish; same for French.
