Then I hit send. Then I reflected, and downloaded the straight pdb files and confirmed that I was correct in my diagnosis. They work ok (except that my display syntax has broken as well). I guess I'll be sticking with Jmol 10 for this web app., and just living with the restricted zoom (unless there's an easy patch of the Jmol 10 source just to increase the zoom.)
