Actually, this is a bug introduced on Apr 24 independently of the 
language business. It is fixed. Nico, if you wish, you can release 11.1.33

Also, I need advise on translations. There are two principal places 
where the translations are applied -- in the menu items and in the 
messages to the console. In order to allow pages that use callbacks to 
parse the messages correctly, I needed to set the default to the following:

1) If no callbacks are present, default to "menu+message" translation
2) If callbacks are present, default to "menu only"
3) Jmol.js allows for overriding these defaults:

  jmolSetTranslation(true)  -- force menu+message translation
  jmolSetTranslation(false) -- force menu-only translation

Is this what we want?
