I use Chime plug-in in my form, looks like this : <EMBED width=300 height=200 type=chemical/x-mdl-molfile structure=" <%=myStructureString%>" queryformbox="document.myForm.Structure"> I can right click on the window and import mol file, or I can also paste in a structure. So, when I read the String document.myForm.Structure as request.getParameter... on server side, I get the structure in chime String format, like I have pointed out in my previous mail. Yes, I can see the same structure in the plug-in window, when I use the string value what I get the at the server side. It is interchangeable at plug-in level. I am trying to get the structure as mol file format instead of chime string, there could be easy way, may be in client itself. I can use some javascript to get the structure in mol format, but I am not sure how to get that ;-) . I tried different ways but without much success.
