All, I appreciate all the help I got with JMOL - I was using it on a website for my degree. You will be pleased to know that I gained a First with Honours (BSc) and my dissertation (which used JMOL) got a First.
For those outside UK, a First is the highest grade in a UK degree. So JMOL scored a Home Run (and is probably THE best Java application I have EVER seen).
