HI
I have a protein, 2 chaind displaye din Jmol window both on the web and
standalone

on the web i use a script to select all Transmenebrane regions usng a
script Ior (reset them)
I intend to highligh or reset JUST the TM regions

this is fine stand alone but within a web page my selection /colouring
works but also removes the rest of the protein chains too.

the scripts are

$ more resetAllTM
select 9-27:d or 45-63:d or 77-99:d or 126-141:d or 147-159:d or 186-205:d;
wireframe 100; spacefill 100; colour grey

select 9-27:b or 45-63:b or 77-99:b or 126-141:b or 147-159:b or 186-205:b;
wireframe 100; spacefill 100; colour grey

$ more AllTM
hide none
select 9-27:d or 45-63:d or 77-99:d or 126-141:d or 147-159:d or 186-205:d;
wireframe 150; spacefill 150; colour red

select 9-27:b or 45-63:b or 77-99:b or 126-141:b or 147-159:b or 186-205:b;
wireframe 150; spacefill 150; colour red

the same commands cut/paste into the colsole for the stand alone Jmol
produce my intended result
the web eliminates the non TM regions whilst displaying the TM's red
spacefill and red

Am I under a misconception?
who can I persuade the web to mimic the standalone behavior

You can view my effort at

the all tm button is on the right hand side

hoping some one can help
thanks
Phil
