Hi,

Let's say for example I use Jmol the applet to display three atoms and on
the web page I also have two check boxes that run two scripts.

When checked the first check box changes atom 1 and 2 to space fill 1.1,
un-checking it converts them back to 0.5

When checked the second check box changes atom 2 and 3 to space fill 1.1,
un-checking it converts them back to 0.5

As you can see atom 2 is overlapped so you can tick check box one and two
but when you uncheck box one it also converts atom 2 to 0.5 when really it
should remain at 1.1.

At the moment I can see that I will need to add a condition that checks if
atom 3 has a spacefill value of 1.1 in which case not to convert atom 2 to
0.5 but I am not sure how you do that. The documentation does tell you how
you can use IF and WHEN but I am not sure how you get the spacefill value of
atom 3.

Any ideas?

Thanks
