I'm not at all fussed about the "flick" behavior - just thought I'd mention
it for data purposes -- you're right, it's probably my non-reproducibility!

Many thanks for the translucency vs zshade fix -- I think depth cuing is
really crucial for non-experts to really get an intuitive sense of what
they're looking at and locating themselves in space -- this is a fantastic
feature.  I also think it makes Jmol look really "polished"
