Turns out this isn't possible, I was hoping that by simply changing the colour in the image I could get it back to its original colour. For example if after the stereographic option had been selected a Yellow image to turn red, then using Green would turn it back to yellow again. To demonstrate this I used a basic colour wheel: http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/6691/jmolcolour.png Then applied the "Red + Cyan Glasses" option which resulted in the colour palette being reduced to either tones of cyan or red: http://img704.imageshack.us/img704/7748/jmolstereographiccolour.png Therefore it is not possible to display a yellow as it is not an additive colour model but rather a reduction of colour available. I am sure there are cases where you might want your image to maintain its colour e.g. logos, legends or usability reasons. Should I maybe convert this thread into a feature request?
