Eric, multiple file loading was broken in 11.9.25. (That was that message I
sent earlier today.) If 11.9.26 isn't already released, it will be soon. In
the mean time you have to use
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/Jmol-11.zip
So, I'm sorry, but you'll have to run those tests on 11.9.26.
