Hi all.
I started playing with jmol a few weeks ago and I find it very nice.
I set the structure from a CTfile (molfile) stored in a string in
javascript.
I set it to jmol using jmolLoadInline and it works well.
However I can't find the way to get the data back from jmol as a
molfile. I found how to get the data that was set, but if it is rotated
for example, the atom coordinates will have changed.
I think it may be something like jmolGetPropertyAsString but I can't get
it to return me the molfile.
Please help!
