Bob et al,
When we downloaded Accutrans3D, we simply followed Robert Lancashire's
procedure. Now that I've taken a closer look at the most recent version of
Accutans3D, I see that it will export Collada files directly. These .dea files
do not have triangulated surfaces, but there is still orientation confusion.
I have the related files for ethyl amine. I'll email these to you off list. I'm
not sure if I can attach files to a list email. I'll work on the other files
this morning.
I should add that the .dea file did import into iBooks Author without a problem.
