Because I did not want to stick my head in the sand, I downloaded the new iPad
OS. Sighhhhhhhh....

First, JSmol is decidedly slower on the new iPad Safari. Set platformspeed 0 is
almost essential even for ethane.

More bad news: Although you can turn the new multitasking (on an iPad!!!!)
gestures off in the settings, Jmol's double click drag binding is still
confused with iPad's new 4 or 5 (4 OR 5, Huh???) finger home gesture. Try to
use double click drag in JSmol, and you often (OK always) end up back on the
home screen. Well, I guess if it's 4 OR 5 fingers, it might as well be tap,
tap, drag - close enough.

I'm working on an iPad 2.

There may be other JSmol bind options in what Bob has done with the bindings
that will allow dodging modifier keys.

Watch this space...
