I don't know any other information source than the Jmol scripting 
documentation I have already mentioned.
For "load DATA" there is an extra section 
(http://jena3d.fli-leibniz.de/doc/jmol_scripting/index.htm?ver=14.2#data) and 
there is also an example (No. 167) in an example page for (formerly) new 
features: http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/new.htm

Maybe someone can provide more help who has actually used one of these 
commands.
