Thanks Otis for your answer.
In my case the Mac OS X operating system is working fine (I have a MacBook
Pro Retina). JSmol works correctly in Chrome and Firefox but when I open
the same page with Safari, after a few interactions with JSmol (moving and
zooming basically)...
----
... the browser window suddenly goes blank white and a gray bar appears at
the top saying
"A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded"
A small window appears with OK to send a report to Apple.
The page is reloaded and appears fine until the next "problem" a few minutes
later.
----
...as previously described. Did anyone isolate the problem? It seems to
have something to do deeply with the Javascript engine as it is causing the
WebKit to seg fault and dump...
Let me know.
Best,
Roberto
