Dear Jmolers,

We are detecting an error when using JSmol mode in Chrome (tested in several
computers)
in a set of pages of mine.
There are 4 pages, all load the same pdb-format file which is gzipped.
The issue is that, randomly, one or another of the pages throw this error in an
alert box:

Error connecting to server: ../../../JSmol/php/jsmol.php
?call=getRawDataFromDatabase
&database=_
&query=http%3A%2F%2Fbiomodel.uah.es%2Fen%2Fmodel4%2Fdna%2Fdna.pdbz
&encoding=base64

The paths are correct, the files are there and in fact the page occasionally
loads JSmol and
the model correctly. The problem does not happen with Firefox.
When coming back later to the same page that raised the error, it may work, and
vice versa.
So the problem seems not linked to a specific page or to the pdb file itself,
but to the page
loading step.
Could it be linked to some delay form the server in delivering the page
contents? There
seems to be an occasional slow loading of the JSmol object after which the
error pops.

The page is
http://biomodel.uah.es/en/model4/dna/dnapairs.htm
and other 3 pages linked from that one.
By default the pages use Java Jmol for a computer, but the use of JSmol/html5
can be
selected in the home page,
http://biomodel.uah.es/en/model4/dna/index.htm

I will appreciate any hints, thanks in advance
