2. I have no control on the server's settings and I know nothing about Ajax 3. The jsmol.php is there, and indeed it works part of the time. Additionally, the pdb file should be cached in the browser, as it it always the same one. If I cannot find other solution, I may resort to using the pdb file unzipped and so avoid going through jsmol.php However, I have many other pages that use larger, gzipped, pdb files - what will happen to them? I do not do regular testing in Chrome - it was Eric Martz who discovered the issue. I wonder if this might be something tied to some recent Chrome update, as we did not see it before. My version of Jmol is not too recent.
