Dear All,
I'm having a few problems with exporting molecules as x3d files. PDB code
1EQZ doesn't seem to produce a proper x3d file.
After loading the 1EQZ.pdb file into JSmol I have run the following
commands:
hide all
display protein
cartoon only
set cartoonFancy true
color chain
write X3D 1EQZ.x3d
The x3d file is written but it contains no coordinates or anything. All I
get is shown below.
Any idea what is going wrong with 1EQZ?
Thanks
Chris
