We are talking about alot of possibilities that needs a troubleshooting.
we need to better understand your network in order to be able to check
where are the problem. i will write a simple diagram and let me know
if its true as i understood
Gateway(Router) -> | -->SwitchCompany LAN

| -->Free BSD Machine -> Your LAN
is that the scenario as i got it?

Hello Abd,
Its just a routing device, but I also use it as an SVN repository
server using apache.
Anyway I double checked and the firewall is not enabled.
