Platform for Jonas:

  WinNT4.0 SP6, jdk 1.3.0

  or

  RedHat 6.2, jdk1.2.2

Platform for Oracle is RedHat 6.2

Oracle driver is oracle-classes12.zip
Oracle version is 8i Enterprice Edition

> - jonas version#, RMI or JEREMIE, jonas configuration

Jonas is 2.2.6 with RMI, nothing special in the configuration

> - source code to reproduce the problem if available

Sorry, I can't give you all the source code, but maybe
I could set up a similar, small example and try to
reproduce the problem

> Have you tried different configurations?

Jonas on NT and RedHat Linux

> Have you tried your code on other EJB servers? Sun RI?

Yes, Persistence Power Tier, but they have problems with
there connection pool if more than about 10 - 15 clients
run with heavy load in a simulated stress test scenario
(they return closed connections from the pool ..., they
can reproduce it with there own tests now, so it seems
not to be a problem with our beans - and no, we do not
have these kind of problems with Jonas, it handles more
than 20 clients with heavy load without problem - until
memory is out....)

No
