Ha! A friend moved to Washington state and the first thing she did was get rid of the California license plate. Nonetheless, every day when she left her house a police car would appear out of nowhere and pull her over or give her a citation for some trumped-up reason. She couldn't figure it out until one day she saw that she'd forgotten to remove the big blue "California Native" bumper sticker from the back of her car! Duh! ;-) Kakki
