I've never seen the video, but I suspect I wouldn't like it. And, is it me, or does she look like she could be Debbie Gibson's daughter? (Don't ask me how I know who Debbie Gibson is/was... I have no idea.)
I recently saw a program about marketing to teens (and pre-teens). It was horrifying. All those rappers and hip hop artists that kids think are such rebels are more puppets to a corporation than their parents who are accountants and secretaries. At least the working stiffs get to go home and have their own life and their own personalilties! And kid culture is bought and sold (like ours is too...). lots of love Anne
