I can't say I really liked "Seasons In the Sun"
My best friend in high school loved it but he turned out to be a dud and didn't want to be my friend anymore after finding out I was queer. Loathe him and the song. Dan Hill's "Sometimes When We Touch" Darn, that one was dreadful and how many times did they play it? Nine million. And how about Debby Boone and it -- "You Light Up My Life". My goodness, it was on every five minutes. , Bread's "Diary" Kind of like the song. Reminds me of a very good time. I like the group fairly well but the main attraction is David Gates and that voice. Later on in his career he had "where does the loving go". I adore that tune. , England Dan > & John Ford Coley's "I'd Really Like to See You Tonight" One of all time favorites. Summer, youth, friends, love, excitement, the future. Simple? Maybe, but its simplicity is what made it so great. , Morris Albert's > "Feeling", David Geddes' "Run Joey, Run", and even "Babe" by Styx. Three major stinkers but have a friend that loves Styx. Guess it just goes to show, once again, apples and oranges. (okay, I do have Bread's > Greatest Hits) Have it to and I like it. Mack
