I honestly can't think of anyone who could ever fill the Birthday Fairy's
gossamer wings as well as Wally did, so I can see lots of reasons why this
might be the answer we've been looking for.
What's more, we can all use the archives to see if we got more or fewer
birthday wishes in previous years!
We can even offer special incentives -- like Muller does with that damned
covers project -- to win even more JMDL friends and birthday well-wishers!
I say we go with this idea . . . unless a better fairy or nymph than Wally
steps forward.
