Stayed up to watch Letterman last night. Clinton was the guest & reminded me
of why I voted for him as he has so often echoed my viewpoint on so many
things. (Please please please, I don't want this to become an political
disscussion of things past.) I just wanted to comment on both his & Dave's
discussion on alternative energy (reminded me of the one we had here several
months ago). He said that Chelsea was among the crowd in lower Manhattan
when the towers fell, but that Hillary spared him that news as he was in
Australia at the time. President Bush sent a jet to bring him home. He
spoke of many other things as well but I don't have the heart for a
political debate so I will leave it here.
