Just bought a Vauxhall Astra 1.7 Turbo Diesel, 5 gears. about 55 to the gallon. My fave
bit is the electric windows. It is a five door hatchback. I bought for the economy and 
the
fact the back folds down flat so plenty of room for dogs and stuff.
My previous was a Daewoo Lanos 1.4, 3 door hatch. only about 40 to the gall, petrol. 
But
it did have a 10 cd changer.
