this is a shame. i'm one of 8 children. that's a family of ten. seven of
us are still living and we split 4 and 3 in our vote. my mother voted for
gore and told me on nov.8th that she was sure that the bush family had done
dirty dealings in the state and she can tell for sure by the sneaky smirk of
george bush's evil face which she can't stand to see. and she knows i voted
for him. and in the next breath, she said, tell the kids i love them and
miss them, and i love you paddy...(no added little digs.)
i've felt that SOME of the gore supporters have been far more demeaning and
ugly in their tone on this thread. we saw...moron, ignorant foolish idiot,
f-ing idiod, yahoo m-fer, and so on. early on i posted why i voted the way i
did and called no one any names. later, i got really frustrated and tired
and ended up posting something i wish i hadn't. and that's my fault. at the
same time, it's very difficult to speak openly only to be drilled with
animosity and disdain. it's hard not to throw mud back.
i hope that your concern kakki does not come to pass.
i received clark's cd in the mail today and listened to parts of it. it's
very well done and i admire his comittment. i know how hard it is to record
a song and get it to the place where you are comfortable. most noticeable
though since i've not had enough time to listen to it, is the picture on the
cover. if that's clark, then he's one good looking democrat. tight, thin,
full head of hair, and a great smile. and i'm str8. but i'd like to look
like him. and wallyburger, if you don't have the cd, you need to get it just
for the bear on the cover....nvn (no viagra necessary).
my point being, we're all people trying to make decisions. why can't we
respect each other for that. myself included.
