I just received your post in HTML (but have converted back to plain text for
this reply) - could that be why it's not making it through to you and some
others on the list? Some folks on the CSN list who are on AOL are also
having the same problems because with the latest version of AOL, one cannot
turn off the HTML - it's apparently a new locked-in default. Some of them
are not seeing their messages on the list, but others are seeing them fine.
Your original Foni Mitchell post came through for me, too. I think the
solution may be to downgrade to an earlier version of AOL, or maybe get a
hotmail account for the JMDL.

It really was a fine read - that's why my recollection is that it was in
Vanity Fair - I'm the biggest sucker for their writing! I love reading
about them, too. A very interesting family, and <possibly blasphemy here>
